My husband and I stayed at Long Bay Beach Villa for a family gathering … the two of us, our daughter and son-in-law, and their three kids. … The house was beautiful but one of my favorite spots was our private patio … It was a perfect place to get away from the kids when they had their peak energy hours … We look forward to coming again with both of my daughters and their families.

We enjoyed an amazing family getaway at Long Bay Beach Villa. Our group included me, my husband, our three young children, and another couple with two kids around the same age. The villa was ideal for our needs, with the older kids turning the bunk room into their play and sleepover area while my husband and I enjoyed privacy in the adjoining jack-and-jill room. Long Bay Beach Villa exceeded our expectations, providing an unforgettable vacation experience that catered to both adults and children. We highly recommend it for families or groups seeking a secluded, well-appointed retreat.

Unbelievable. The location is at the far east end of St. John just past Coral Bay, and could not be more pristine or beautiful. The large villa is 5-star … breathtaking views to the west … remarkably landscaped short walkway to its own beach … sea kayaks and gear … snorkeling was some of the best of the entire island … octopus, turtles, tons of fish … easy snorkel over to Pelican Rock. … our host must be mentioned. Jessie Wilkins was attentive from the moment we messaged her, up to and through our stay, and has continued to be wonderful.

We loved our stay at the Long Bay Beach Villa. The house is gorgeous, and well appointed, and the landscaping and views are breathtaking. We can't wait to go back and spend more time exploring the island and swimming in the perfect calm warm waters. We loved the quiet side of the Island, and it was so wonderful having the private beach and kayaks just out the back door all to ourselves. We plan to make this our St John home away from home, and plan to come stay for many years to come.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location than Long Bay Beach Villa to host our wedding and relax in paradise for a week… The villa was exceptional and the staff even better! Jessie, the property manager, was invaluable… Our beach-side wedding with dinner/reception to follow at the villa made everything easy as we were able to relax and enjoy our time together in one place… I can’t describe how amazing the villa and location were… It is one of the few villas on the island with private access to a beach… comes with kayaks, life jackets, etc… Pelican Rock, a great spot to snorkel, is just a quick swim or kayak-ride away. The views are incredible with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio space for days… The house was spacious and provided plenty of room for our family. We are already looking forward to returning someday soon. This place and the people will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Pictures don't do this place justice! The views from this house are insane. LBBV was the perfect fit for our group - 5 adults & 6 children. Each bedroom has a ton of privacy, and it's almost impossible to hear anyone else in the house. The home is pretty new compared to most STJ homes, so we also really enjoyed the newer amenities - solar, battery wall backups, new kitchen appliances, humongous TV and fast Wifi. Access to the beach was huge for traveling with kids. It was nice for them to be able to get out and explore while we were at home. Snorkeling was probably the best we saw on the island - both to the left off of the beach as well as to the left of Pelican Rock. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing. That's all you really need to know about this immaculate getaway even though you could go on all day about it. Off the beaten path, private, quiet, clean, elegant, beautiful, spacious... the list goes on. The private beach is awesome. It has everything you could need right in the backyard... Sandy and rocky beach areas, reef/shelf great for snorkeling, easy access to Pelican Rock for even better snorkeling, sea kayaks, Hobie cat, fins, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, etc. And when you want to come back up to the villa to relax and take in that breathtaking view, you can hang out in the pool or sit on the awesome deck looking to the West for amazing sunsets. There's games, a giant TV, plenty of rooms for larger groups. This place literally has it all. Cannot wait to come back!!!
